We carefully prepare and package every order before it is sent to you.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

During product launches, sales, seasonal periods or other busy times, processing may take a little longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship orders within Australia using Australia Post or another suitable postal service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the postal carrier and are outside our control.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas, during busy periods, public holidays and circumstances that may cause postal delays.

Intuition & Alchemy is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage may be required to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you.

If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the delivery with the postal carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
