Refund policy

We carefully prepare and package every order before it is sent to you. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

No Returns

All purchases are considered final once your order has been fulfilled.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your order at any time before your order has been fulfilled.

Once your order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.

If the cancellation is approved before fulfilment, you will receive a refund of the amount paid using the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
